You who are young, be happy while you are young, and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. – Ecclesiastes 11:9

If you haven’t figured it out yet, I have a sweet tooth that I always have to combat!  So, my children come by it naturally, I guess.

For summer time and friends over, I used to buy Fla-vor-Ice popsicles for my kids.  You know the plastic sleeve popsicles where you could buy a case of 250 for about $2.25.  I’m no genius, but if they are that cheap to buy, I’m thinking they are that cheap to make…which also tells me the ingredients must stink and we are ingesting, cheap gross ingredients!  (processed and artificial everything, High Fructose corn syrup, sodium benzoate, etc.)   This is why I’ve begun to make my own popsicles or freeze organic go-gurts.

Quality costs something…including quality popsicles!

Here’s a quick way to make delicious, fresh and healthy popsicles.  You can add any ingredients you desire and use any fruit your pretty little heart desires!
