In order to train and be strong, you don’t need an awesome gym membership, state of the art equipment or even a huge amount of time. I train daily in 30 min. or less, in my bonus room with a small amount of equipment or my body weight. The links below are some ideas and ways you can too.
Although I’m a former personal trainer and know my way around a gym and could create a workout plan for myself, I too need the accountability, extra push, and I enjoy the mindlessness of a trainer in a DVD…I do many of the workouts supplied by Beachbody each day.
